Quality

We have built our reputation through a solid foundation of quality processes and results.  We believe in proactively managing projects rather than waiting for them to go wrong.  We achieve this through strong communications links between sites and our Management Teams.

On site quality control procedures start with our first involvement, particularly where we are asked to provide solutions or alternative methods of construction.

Appropriately qualified and trained site management teams are employed; their selection is based on experience and suitability.  With our quality ethos and our logo of “Building for Generations”, our site teams have developed a strong can-do attitude, focusing on getting it right first time and close co-operation with the client.  The site team is responsible for all staff, sub-contractors and direct labour on site so the teams are stringent on issues such as induction, ongoing snagging, safety and inspections.

We are committed to managing performance throughout the project to ensure that we continually improve and deliver Best Value to the client.  We currently measure customer satisfaction through a number of measures which are collated and reviewed internally.  This process forms the core of our project review process and feeds our continuous improvement process.
